A receptionist is the front line of contact of an office. This involves greeting and logging the details of visitors and relaying messages from one employee to another. Other task will include processing outgoing mail, receive deliveries or do administrative support tasks like typing and proofreading.

Requirements and Skills:

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Previous experience as a receptionist, administrative assistant, or secretary is a plus
  • Familiarity with Word processing, databases and spreadsheets

Admin support

Sales Associate

Sales Associates help customers in selecting products/services, answer questions and check for stock and availability. The main task is to sell the company’s products/services to new or established customers typically via walk-in business.
